USER INTERFACE
The SongBase 2002 user interface is concise and intuitive. All of
the basic features are accessible from a single screen. You'll never
get lost in the program. To access all of the attributes of any song
you simply press [F2] to search the title. The located song attributes
appear in each of the TAB controls on the right side of the screen.
These are similar to the tabs you find on file folders. You have instant
access to the lyrics, chord chart and album information. |

DATA TAB
DATA TAB is where you enter the song Title, Author and other related
information about the song in general. It is here that you set the
font size for the Single Page chord chart and overhead master. You
can even keep special arrangement and recording notes with each song. |

LYRICS TAB
LYRICS TAB is where you first enter the text for
the song. The text you enter here is also used in the creation of
the chord chart and video presentation text. This eliminates having
to retype additional text |

CHORDS TAB
CHORDS TAB is where you add the lines of chords above the lyrics.
A built-in TRANSPOSER allows you to easily increase or decrease the
key of a song with a mouse click.

FRETS TAB
FRETS TAB pulls in the unique chords within a song and displays an
image of the guitar chord fingering pattern. This pattern can be altered
to suit possible variations in chord pattern.

VIDEO TAB
VIDEO TAB allows you to modify the text you will display through a
digital projector. You can assign and view any number of graphics
backgrounds that come with the program.

ALBUMS TAB
ALBUMS TAB let you see which albums a song is recorded on. A popup
album information form lists all tracks for a given album and allows
you to play a 20 second audio sample. A picture of the album appears
for each album on which the songs is recorded.

REPORTS TAB
REPORTS TAB gives easy access to the many printed reports available.
Sort reports according to whether they are chord charts, lyrics or
lists. Most commonly used reports appear on the six large command
buttons. You can print these reports and transmit them across the
internet to your worship team members. You even print images for the
production of 35mm slides!

ACTIVITY TAB
ACTIVITY TAB is where you record song activity. You can keep track
of the copies you make and easily report song usage to CCLI (Christian
Copyright Licensing International) thus saving you 3 or 4 days work
if your try to do it manually at the end of the year.
